BART police officer is accused of punching Oscar Grant before Grant was shot and killed by former Officer Johannes Mehserle. The accusation came up because KTVU aired an exclusive cell phone video. Most many would say the quality of that video is so poor you can't see the punch at all. You do see the swinging of Officer Pirone's arm. But was that a punch.
