When speaking to one of your ADAs on July 21, 2010, I was told (1) that you, Mr. District Attorney R. Seth Williams have done nothing and not expected to do anything to act on President Judge Marsha Neifield's July 12, 2010 referral to your office to issue warrant for the arrest of Erick L. Brown after Police and U.S. Marshals have moved to avoid service of summons in both the federal aggravated assault upon minors case and the public mob assault case Willie Brownson v. Erick Brown CR-10-06-11-9549. I am at a loss as to which administrative horror story is worse as experienced with Philadelphia District Attorney R Seth William's office: Was it the Certified Mailed Green Card showing the District Attorney written witness statements of public mob assault child abductions returned with absolutely no signature whatsoever but tracked by United States Postal Service confirmed received; or Was the greatest administrative horror story the polite Assistant District Attorney Roxanne Grinage spoke to July 21, 2010 who advised Roxanne Grinage to report her claims of corruption to Pennsylvania Attorney General and when Roxanne Grinage asked for the Pennsylvania Attorney General's name, the well meaning ADA admitted, "You know I don't even know who that is now, but I am can give you that number if you want...." Federal Case is Lorraine Grinage vs Saundra Sullivan Erick Brown aggravated assaults on minors while in the commission of bigamy perjury SSI Fraud U.S. Marshals returned proof of serviced confirming on July 1, 2010 Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan moved from 972 Anchor fugitives from both the Philadelphia 6/8/10 Publicly witnessed mob aggravated assaults and child abduction and evading U.S. Marshals' service of summons for the 12/13/2009 recorded bragged about beatings of Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown. Saundra Sullivan is recorded 45 minutes before participating in public mob assault home invasion child abuse trauma injuries inflicted with Erick Brown and her mother Diane Kearney also a DHS foster contractor and 3 men wielding baseball bats and announcing "we got burners" to a terrorized block on Camac street North Philadelphia near Broad Street and Glennwood Avenue blocks from esteemed Temple University campus and Temple University hospital that "You know I have nothing to worry about because I have friends who work for the City of Philadelphia." Five log numbers attempting to show Philadelphia District Attorney Private Criminal Complaint the aggravated assault and fraud and theft by deception crimes started February 2010 and included the June 8, 2010 mob aggravated assaults where invariably D.A.'s staff says after review we can't accept these complaints and press charges regardless of all the evidence we have show The District Attorney's office and regardless of how lawfully we and other community members complaining now as Federal Crime Victim Voters have conducted ourselves. We have no other choice than to believe Saundra Sullivan knows what she is talking about.
